Do you need my broker password?

No. PnL Book never connects to your broker account and never asks for credentials. You import trades from screenshots or CSV exports — that is the whole surface area.

Does it work with Upstox, Angel One or Dhan?

Yes. Screenshot import works with any broker app that shows a positions or P&L page. Direct CSV import currently covers Zerodha Console and Groww.

Is this investment advice?

No. PnL Book is a journal and analytics tool for trades you have already taken. It does not recommend what to buy or sell, does not predict prices, and does not send signals.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a short grace period your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your full ledger is retained, and you can pick Pro back up whenever you want.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export your complete trade history as CSV whenever you like, on any plan — including Free.
